Jim is a veteran search executive, who has over 25 years of talent acquisition experience in the cyber, intelligence, and federal healthcare sectors. His senior-level executive searches have represented a diverse portfolio of clients in the defense, intelligence, and federal civilian markets, covering functional areas such as operations, business development, engineering, and corporate leadership.
Before joining Centerstone, where Jim heads up the Washington DC Aerospace, Defense and Security practice, Jim was a Vice President with a boutique retained executive search firm, building on his strong track record of successfully leading talent acquisition and recruiting functions with organizations such as ManTech, Dynamics Research Corporation, HPTi, and SAIC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science from Marist College and is an active member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
