Samia Kornweibel

Samia is an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (ICF, PCC) focused on career and leadership development for Centerstone’s Executives in Transition program. Samia offers customized coaching programs and workshop facilitation for executives to develop their leadership style, presentation and communication skills, and effectiveness in managing high performing teams. She helps clients make meaningful contributions to their organizations by cultivating a growth mindset, trust, resilience, psychological safety, and innovation for mutual success. Samia also works with individuals and groups on career planning, personal branding, on-boarding, and goal setting. Her goals are to help clients consciously manage their career and leadership advancement opportunities.

Samia coaches business leaders across a variety of industries with personalized career roadmaps and leadership frameworks like The Leadership Circle 360 profile and Hogan Assessments to achieve career goals and become cultural influencers.

She also designed and delivers a Conversational Intelligence® for Leaders program. The program introduces leaders to the powerful interconnectivity of neuroscience and communication dynamics. Leaders practice their new knowledge and real-time conversational skills to decrease conflict by becoming better listeners and conscious communicators. These best-in-class practices revitalize relationships, performance and organizational growth.

Samia has served as a Board director and vice president of membership for the ICF of Washington State and won Career Coach of the Year Award. Samia graduated from The University of Montana with honors. She also gained German fluency and an international perspective by living in Austria and Liechtenstein.
